RIDEPUSH PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CT Mobility Solutions F.Z.C (“RidePush”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when individuals access or use the RidePush advertising platform available at https://ridepush.ct.ms/ (the “Platform”) or otherwise communicate with us.

This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Platform worldwide, including representatives and authorised users of Advertisers. Where applicable data protection law provides additional rights or requirements, RidePush will comply with such law.

The Platform is intended for business use only and is not intended for consumers or children.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following information:

(a) the email address and authentication credentials used to access the Account;

(b) the email addresses, Account roles and last login dates of invited Account users;

(c) the Advertiser’s business name, legal entity name, registration or tax identification number, telephone number and legal address;

(d) Account settings, including currency, time zone and low-balance notification threshold;

(e) Account Balance, top-ups, charges, Bonus Credits, refunds, transaction history and related payment documents;

(f) information about business Locations added to the Platform, including their names, addresses and geographic coordinates;

(g) Campaign settings, advertising materials, promotional codes, bids, budgets and Campaign status;

(h) Campaign delivery and performance information, including Notifications sent and confirmed as delivered, openings, clicks and related expenditure; and

(i) communications and support requests submitted to RidePush.

Payment card information is collected and processed directly by the applicable payment provider. RidePush may receive limited payment information, such as the payment amount, status, method and transaction reference, but does not receive or store full payment card details.

We may receive this information directly from you, from the Advertiser you represent, from another authorised user of the same Account or from a service provider involved in operating the Platform.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA

We may use personal data to:

(a) create and administer Platform Accounts;

(b) identify authorised users and manage Account roles;

(c) provide and operate the Platform;

(d) create, moderate, deliver and report on advertising Campaigns;

(e) process payments, Account top-ups, charges and refunds;

(f) issue invoices and maintain financial and tax records;

(g) provide technical and customer support;

(h) communicate about Accounts, Campaigns, payments, security and changes to the Platform;

(i) protect the Platform and detect fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or other unlawful activity;

(j) maintain transaction, audit and security records;

(k) analyse and improve the performance, functionality and usability of the Platform;

(l) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; and

(m) establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send business communications about RidePush services. Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

We do not sell personal data.

4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following:

(a) performance of a contract or steps necessary to enter into a contract;

(b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Platform and communicating with business representatives;

(c) compliance with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations; and

(d) consent, where required, including for certain cookies or marketing communications.

Where we rely on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

  1. CAMPAIGN STATISTICS AND CARSHARING USERS

Advertising Campaigns may be delivered through mobile applications operated by participating carsharing operators.

Advertisers do not receive the carsharing operator’s customer database or personal data identifying individual carsharing users through the Platform.

Campaign reports may include aggregated or non-identifying statistics, such as Notifications selected, sent and confirmed as delivered, as well as openings, clicks and Campaign expenditure.

RidePush may process limited technical delivery information received from participating operators or notification services where necessary to deliver Notifications, calculate charges, produce Campaign statistics, prevent fraud or investigate technical issues.

5. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies to:

(a) keep users signed in;

(b) remember user settings;

(c) operate and secure the Platform;

(d) prevent fraud and unauthorised access;

(e) understand how the Platform is used; and

(f) analyse and improve Platform performance.

Cookies that are necessary to operate or secure the Platform may be used without consent where permitted by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, analytics or other optional cookies will be used only after consent has been obtained. Users may withdraw their consent or change their cookie preferences through the mechanism made available in the Platform or browser settings.

Disabling necessary cookies may prevent certain Platform features from working correctly.

6. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA

We may share personal data with:

(a) hosting and cloud infrastructure providers;

(b) payment-processing providers;

(c) email and communications providers;

(d) analytics and technical service providers;

(e) security, fraud-prevention and support providers;

(f) participating carsharing operators where necessary to administer a Campaign or investigate a delivery, compliance or technical issue;

(g) professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants and auditors;

(h) government authorities or courts where disclosure is required by law; and

(i) a buyer, successor or other relevant party in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of all or part of our business.

Service providers acting on our behalf may process personal data only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations.

Some providers, including payment providers, may act as independent controllers and process personal data under their own privacy policies.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

RidePush is established in the United Arab Emirates and provides the Platform internationally. Personal data may therefore be processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected.

Where applicable law restricts international transfers of personal data, RidePush will use a legally recognised transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

(a) provide and administer the Platform;

(b) maintain the commercial relationship with the Advertiser;

(c) process payments and refunds;

(d) maintain financial, tax, transaction and security records;

(e) comply with applicable law; and

(f) establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose of processing and applicable legal requirements.

When personal data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.

Access to personal data is limited to persons and service providers that reasonably require it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their Account credentials and must promptly notify RidePush if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

(a) request access to your personal data;

(b) request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

(c) request deletion of your personal data;

(d) request restriction of processing;

(e) object to certain processing;

(f) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

(g) request a portable copy of certain personal data;

(h) object to direct marketing; and

(i) submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority.

These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions under applicable law.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to Advertiser websites, payment providers or other third-party services.

Third parties process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies. RidePush is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of independent third-party services.

12. CHILDREN

The Platform is intended exclusively for business users who are at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of an Advertiser.

RidePush does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Platform.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Platform, our processing activities, applicable law or the service providers we use.

The updated version will be made available through the Platform and will state its effective date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
